1. Find your band size

Align a measuring tape directly under your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. The tape should feel snug but not tight around your body.

Find your band size according to the chart.

Band Size / Measurement

32	34	36	38	40	42	44
27-28"	29-30"	31-32"	33-35"	36-38"	39-41"	42-44"

2. Find your cup size

Wrap the measuring tape at the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. The tape should fit comfortably around your body.

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. This bust-band difference determines your cup size.

* If your bust measurement is 36” and your band size is 32, the bust-band difference is 4”, indicating a D cup.

Unnecessary
I received this as my free “gift” when I ordered like four bras and a panty. It’s the bra material. But so much of it. It’s just not functional, it’s giant and floppy, it doesn’t really “scrunch”, and it went pretty quickly into the trash. Bummer.
