How To Measure

Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

3. Find your cup size

Wrap the measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor. The tape should fit comfortably around your body. Take note of this measurement.

Then, subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size.

* For instance, if your bust measures 36 inches and your band size is 32 inches, the difference is 4 inches, indicating a cup size of D.

So comfortable for connective tissue disorder
I barely can tolerate regular band/clasp bras for more than a few hours at a time now. My connective tissue disorder makes wearing bras unbearable. However, I have large breasts (36 G), so I require *some* lift. These bralettes get me through the day without my body feeling like It's being strangled.

My body can finally relax without giving up on some support
I need some support (36 F), but because my connective tissue disorder has gotten worse with age, I have become almost intolerant of regular band and clasp bras (I used to live in wire support bras). I love how these bralettes still provide *some* lift even for large breasts without the pinching, binding, and suffocating of traditional support bras. I know most reviewers have mentioned they only wear them for lounging and sleeping, but I don't mind going out in mine if I'm wearing a tank or wearing layers. Because they aren't padded or lined, they will show through a thin top.
